Your dog, your story
A familiar head tilt, ear shape or resting pose can matter more than a generic breed outline. Share the features that make your dog recognizable, then agree the model-review stage before bronze casting.
If only a few older photographs are available, send them for an initial assessment. Missing views may need interpretation; likeness is reviewed through the agreed model rather than promised from incomplete references.
For a pet memorial, include the exact name, dates and preferred inscription. For a school or service tribute, provide the approved emblem, equipment references and proposed plaque text.
A name on the base, a separate plaque and an urn compartment are different specifications. Do not assume a statue includes ashes storage or an integrated memorial container unless that has been agreed.

“Life-size” depends on the dog and its pose. A seated Great Dane, a reclining Greyhound and a small companion dog need different measurements. Specify the finished dimensions rather than relying on the label alone.

The current dog product records specify bronze and lost-wax casting. A bronze-coloured resin statue is a different product. Ask the quotation to identify the actual material, construction and finish; do not infer an alloy percentage, solid interior or gilding from colour alone.
Dark, brown and other surface effects should be discussed with a reference sample. The gold-toned personalized statue in the feedback gallery illustrates an appearance, not a universal finish offered on every model.
Review the ground surface, pedestal or pier, viewing distance and public access before choosing the scale. A matched pair also needs the pose and orientation specified for each side of the entrance.
Outdoor exposure can change the surface over time. Request finish-specific cleaning and care instructions, and describe coastal conditions or frequent water contact. Agree support and anchoring with the responsible local installer.
