The supply scope should be confirmed in the quotation because projects and local electrical standards differ. Ask the proposal to list the pump, nozzles, controls, pipe fittings and any locally supplied components separately.
Often it can, but the water outlet, internal pipe path, drainage and attachment points must be designed before casting or assembly. A normal sculpture placed beside a pool should not be marketed as a fountain unless it has a verified water function.
The assembled fountain can be connected to a temporary circulation system so the team can check spray direction, flow, leakage and the intended visual effect. Ask for water-test photos or video as a final approval record.
